For every stuck place in our life, there lies deep within us the wisdom of our inner knowing.  It often requires that we learn to pause and listen to our felt sense (the integration of our body’s knowing, our thinking mind, and our spirit) in order to learn to free those places that become stuck in repetitive and/or negative thinking/behaviors.   Focusing Oriented Therapy enables us to listen with curiosity and compassion to the messages we receive from within. As we find our truth, we are able to live forward wholeheartedly with vitality and clarity.
