About Me

Randi Love
MA, LMHC, NBCC
Focusing-Oriented Therapist

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, specifically Washington and Oregon, my childhood was very much influenced by my relationship with nature.  This resonance with the earth under my feet and the sky above helped me develop a sense of groundedness and wholeness with spirit that has accompanied me throughout my life.  Life’s experiences have forged within me the ability to sit with the darkness while holding spaciousness to allow life’s forward movement to occur.  From my early 20’s through my 40’s, I helped support my family as a speech-language pathologist.  At the age of 52, while raising my teenage children and working full time, I returned to school to get my second graduate degree, this time in the field of my primary life-long interest which was counseling-psychology.  My practices have also been informed by my long term participation in the Embodied Life Movement developed by Russell Delman. I love what I get to do now!  I see my role as walking with you, as you learn to pause, acknowledge and befriend the thoughts, feelings, and senses arising from within.  Every feeling has a reason for being and it is through listening to our inner knowing that we can discern our path forward.
